Part Description

This iPod adapter is intended to be connected to VW Original Radio/Radio Navigation Systems with a CD changer control system and uses the same wiring connector positions as a CD Changer Aux Jack or USB Connector. It will fit both older 1 DIN devices and new generation devices with a Quadlock connection. Unless equipped with stand alone Aux. button. Single input system: If you fit this iPod Adapter to a standard VW Radio as a Dealer Installed Accessory or as a Factory installed option the CD Changer Aux Jack or USB connector will be non functioning. It is not possible to connect and operate two audio devices. The integrated radio CD/DVD player is NOT affected by the addition of the 1K0 051 444 iPod adapter.
